Our 30-day return policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@itschy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
